El Bracero purchased the old Logan’s Roadhouse in Owensboro and bought new kitchen equipment to suit their needs. The new equipment required an upgrade to the ventilation system and hired SKY Engineering to design the new kitchen renovation. The existing vent hood over the location of the new equipment was removed and replaced with a new kitchen hood, installed with new ductwork connecting to a new exhaust fan on the roof. An existing return grille was relocated with new return ductwork to make space for the new kitchen equipment. New ductwork from the kitchen hood was also installed to connect to an existing Makeup Air unit ductwork above the ceiling.
