Elijah joined the Sky Engineering team in 2020, upon completion of his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at Western Kentucky University. He is working as an Electrical Designer, drawing from his experience in circuit design, load calculations, and low - voltage control systems. He is currently pursuing his EIT, and will follow that up with pursuit of his PE licensure. Elijah assists in design development for lighting layouts, building and system power, and fire alarm systems. He performs load calculations to properly specify power and protection requirements for buildings as well as individual Mechanical and Electrical systems. He coordinates with clients and contractors to meet their needs for fire alarm systems and lighting layouts. Elijah spends his time away from work serving in the music ministry and as a deacon at Oakland Baptist Church in Oakland, Kentucky. Elijah also enjoys spending time landscaping and hunting at his family farm, and playing golf on the weekends.
