Hired by a local mechanical contractor to come into the existing coffee shop and examine the (2) existing Variable Air Volume (VAV) air flow in the kitchen and serving area spaces for a pressure analyses report to the owner. The owner could then determine how much intake air or exhaust balancing and/or equipment would be needed to give them a slight positive pressure reading.
