Knight’s Mechanical (E-town) was the selected mechanical contractor to move forward on the design and in turned hired SKY Engineering to help with the cause. SKY worked directly with Knight’s to determine the building load and optimize the HVAC and Plumbing design for such a large space (+/- 100,000 SF). The Complex opened up in the fall of 2019 and quickly gained success with the local area team.
