Lydia joined the team upon completing her Bachelors of Science. She brings 8 years of experience in AutoCAD and 5 years of Revit modeling to the team. She is the backbone for our mechanical and plumbing Revit software knowledge. Her main focus is in the plumbing and piping system design. Lydia received her Certified Plumbing Designer Technician certification in 2017. She thoroughly details, reviews, and develops the schematic design into a complete working set of construction documents, including specification, contract, code compliance issues, etc., based on the project schedule. She provides a complete set of plumbing drawings to be used as construction documents for bidding and/or negotiations. Lydia is also our primary designer for plumbing designs in Revit and AutoCAD. Lydia married Ryan in the spring of 2018 and is expecting their first child in Spring of 2020. She enjoys being outdoors, crocheting and being involved in church activities.
